Patapsco Valley State Park is nationally known for its trail opportunities. We have over 220 miles of trails, with 70 of those miles identified as maintained trails. Friends of Patapsco Valley State Park, together with our partner organizations, leads one of the largest trail work communities in the United States – our collaboration with the Maryland Park Service builds and maintains sustainable, natural surface trails for all users.
