Small Project Sponsorships

Show your support for Patapsco Valley State Park!

We’ve heard from so many of you asking how you can support our beloved trail system, and we couldn’t be more grateful for your enthusiasm! This year, we’re excited to offer not just one but two fantastic, turnkey opportunities to show your love for Patapsco Valley State Park. Whether you’re a longtime advocate or new to our community, there’s a way for everyone to get involved and make a real impact.

Bridges

This bridge on the Schools Out Trail was funded by MICL, REI, and Patapsco Heritage Greenway.

We have worked with the Maryland Park Service to produce engineered plans for two different lengths of bridges in Patapsco Valley State Park. We have several locations on the trail system where bridges are a critical need. These bridges are designed and engineered to support all of PVSP’s trail users!

This bridge on the Dogwood Trail was funded by a community fundraiser and a substantial donation from Countryside Veterinary Clinic
This bridge on the Bloede Dam trail was funded by REI. The cost of a bridge at PVSP ranges from 6k – 8k depending on length, location, and site conditions.

Make the donation of a bridge on your trail system. Opportunities are available for volunteer engagement and ribbon-cutting events for your business or organization!

The Schools Out Kiosk was funded by MICL, REI, and Patapsco Heritage Greenway!
The Grays Mill kiosk was funded by the Recreational Trail Program and The Cycle Mill. The cost of a kiosk at PVSP is 6k.

Opportunities are available for volunteer engagement and ribbon-cutting events for your business or organization!
